Qualifikationen

• Active Michigan RN license
• 2 years of PCU/Stepdown experience
• Proficiency with cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• IV starts and phlebotomy
• Flu vaccination proof required

Aufgaben

• Step down unit care for step down and med surg patients
• Night shift 19:00-07:30, 3x12h
• Nurse to patient ratio 1:5
• Floating to med surg areas, AU and ER as needed
• Use Welch Allyn vital sign towers, Sigma IV pumps, EPIC documentation
• Provide step down level nursing care with potential oncology and cardiac monitoring
• RTO requests limited to 10 days, discuss after offer with onsite manager
• Travelers are first to float when needed
• Must be available for initial two weeks of assignment
• Prior Bronson travelers may return after 6 months; former permanent staff after 1 year
• Local candidates accepted at same rate with no radius restrictions
• First-time travelers welcome
