Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a 12-hour night shift on a stepdown and medical-surgical floor unit. Requires 2+ years of RN experience, and the ability to titrate drips and read telemetry strips.

Active WV or compact RN license required.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
Must be able to titrate drips and manage Heparin gtts.
Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips.

Responsibilities

Care for Med Surg and Telemetry patients on a night shift stepdown and floor unit.
Monitor telemetry and respond to patient needs with high acuity cases.
Titrate drips and administer Heparin gtts as ordered.
Maintain patient safety with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4–1:6.
Document care in EPIC EMR and coordinate with in-house teams.
