Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for the Resource team in Concord, New Hampshire. The assignment starts 10/05/2026 for 18 weeks, with 12-hour day shifts and a 12x1 schedule in a hospital setting featuring Telemetry and Stepdown units.

You will provide direct adult patient care, monitor vitals, administer meds, document in Cerner, collaborate with the care team, and participate in rounds and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NH or Compact state.
• BLS certification; NHISS required prior to start.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Dysrhythmia examination with a preferred score of 80%.
• 1–2 years Med-Surg; Telemetry/Stepdown experience highly desirable.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred; document and navigate unit workflows.
• Willingness to float to concord-area campuses as needed.
• Driver license with address matching demographics may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults on Telemetry and Stepdown units.
• Monitor vitals, hemodynamics, and overall clinical status.
• Administer medications, establish IV access, manage IV fluids.
• Document assessments and care plans in the EMR; participate in rounds.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and carry out care plans.
• Recognize changes in condition; assist with code events as needed.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge care.
