Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for a Concord, NH hospital assignment. Start date is October 5, 2026, for 18 weeks, with 12-hour day shifts in Telemetry and Stepdown units. Minimum 1–2 years Med-Surg experience and NH or Compact license are required, with BLS and NHISS before start.

Cerner EMR experience preferred; float coverage to Concord-area campuses may be required. The role offers guaranteed weekly pay and strong support from recruiters, with extensions based on

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NH or a Compact state.
• BLS certification required; NHISS needed prior to start.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Dysrhythmia examination with a preferred score of 80%.
• 1–2 years minimum Med-Surg experience; telemetry/stepdown unit experience highly desirable.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred; document in multiple unit workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults on Telemetry and Stepdown units with vitals, hemodynamics and clinical status monitoring.
• Administer medications and treatments; establish IV access and manage IV fluids per orders.
• Document assessments, care plans, interventions, and patient responses in Cerner EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans; participate in rounds and discharge planning.
• Recognize and respond to patient condition changes; escalate concerns and assist with code events.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments and post-discharge care; assist with safe transfers and admissions.
