Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse to cover an 18-week assignment in Concord, New Hampshire. Work 12-hour day shifts on Telemetry and Stepdown units with guaranteed hours, starting 10/05/2026.

Active NH RN license or Compact state, BLS; ACLS preferred; Cerner EMR experience; willing to float to affiliated campuses as needed. Weekly pay ranges $630–$661, with 12 guaranteed hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active NH RN license or Compact state with Nursys verification.
• BLS certification required; NH Issued Special Skills (NHISS) needed prior to start.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Dysrhythmia exam with score of 80% on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults on Telemetry and Stepdown units; monitor vitals and hemodynamics.
• Administer medications; establish IV access; manage IV fluids per orders.
• Document assessments, care plans, and responses in Cerner EMR; navigate unit workflows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; participate in rounds and discharge planning.
