- Float to Medical Surgical and Telemetry units as needed.
- On-call with a 30-minute response time.
- Utilize Medhost EHR for charting and documentation.
- Possibly travel between facilities as required by the assignment.

- Progressive Care Stepdown/Transitional unit within a 171-bed community hospital and regional referral center
- Level III Trauma Center and Certified Chest Pain Center
- 30-bed unit with patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:3
- Adult and geriatric patient population including STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, sepsis, CABG, acute respiratory failure, and A-fib with RVR
- Uses Medhost EHR
- Night shift schedule, 3x12s from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Every other weekend required
- Float requirements to Medical Surgical and Telemetry units, including ED holds pending admission
- On-call requirements with a 30-minute response time
- Active AZ or compact RN license required
- 2 years of recent acute care experience required
- Prior ICU experience required
- Weekly orientation provided
- Located in Lake Havasu City, AZ, known for outdoor recreation, mountain ranges, and lake scenery
- Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for the travel rate
- Local candidates within 60 miles may be considered at the local rate
- Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full-time
