Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Travel RN for a Cardiac Med/Surg Telemetry unit in New Hampshire. The candidate should have telemetry skills and post-procedural cardiac care experience, with a night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM and a 13-week assignment.

Active NH or Compact RN license, BLS, and telemetry knowledge are required. Travel-friendly with housing allowance, licensure reimbursement, and weekly payroll; must reside outside a 50-mile radius; no local candidates.

Qualifications

• Active NH or Compact RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year telemetry nursing experience.
• Experience with post-procedural cardiac care (TAVR, cath, ablation, Watchman) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for Cardiac Med/Surg telemetry patients.
• Maintain 1:4 patient ratio day and night.
• Operate telemetry monitoring equipment.
• Document in Allscripts system.
• Night shift schedule 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.
• Every other weekend schedule.
• Floating to like units as needed.
• 13-week assignment.
• Care for patients undergoing TAVR, ablations, Watchman, STEMI, and pacemaker care.

Job description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for a Cardiac Med/Surg Telemetry unit requiring telemetry and post-procedural cardiac care experience with a night shift schedule.

Requirements

• Active RN license (NH or Compact) required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience required
• Knowledge of telemetry required
• Experience caring for patients post TAVR, cardiac catheterization, ablation, Watchman, and on cardiac drips required
• No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Cardiac Med/Surg telemetry unit with 24 beds
• Patient ratio of 1:4 for both day and night shifts
• Unit supported by charge nurse, PCT, and monitor tech
• Uses telemetry monitoring equipment
• Allscripts documentation system
• Night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Floating to like units required
• 13-week assignment
• Care for patients undergoing TAVR, ablations, Watchman procedures, STEMI, pacemaker placement, and CardioMEMS monitoring
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
• No local candidates will be considered
