Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel assignment in Spokane, WA. You will work 12-hour day shifts on a Progressive Care Unit, with a 36-hour week and a start date of 10/05/2026.

The role focuses on cardiac care, telemetry, and managing vasoactive drips in a short-term acute care facility. The ideal candidate holds an active RN license (compact accepted), has at least 1 year in acute care/PCU, and possesses ACLS/BLS certifications, with Epic charting familiarity

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the required state or compact license accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care or PCU experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Experience with cardiac telemetry and managing cardiac/vasoactive drips.

Responsibilities

• Manage cardiac and vasoactive drips and titration.
• Provide telemetry monitoring and emergency care in a PCU setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care.
