MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington.

The assignment is 13 weeks long with 36 hours per week, mainly day shifts on a 12-hour schedule. Active RN license and BLS are required, plus 18 months of acute care PCU/step-down experience. Travel benefits, housing options, and weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes using the nursing process.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
• Document plan of care with nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes.
• Educate patients and families and revise care plans as needed.
