Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington. The role focuses on adult and geriatric step-down care with cardiac drip titration and vasoactive support, in a short-term acute care setting.

Shifts are 12 hours at night, minimum 36 hours per week, with a start on 10/05/2026 and an end on 01/04/2027. Applicants need a compact license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and Epic experience, plus 1 year of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Valid state license (compact preferred) to practice nursing.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide step-down care for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac drip titration.
• Manage and titrate vasoactive drips and cardiac medications as required.
• Float rotation may be required to meet unit needs.
