Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN Stepdown for Spokane, WA. Manages adult and geriatric patients with cardiac conditions, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips in a fast-paced PCU setting.

Requires 1 year in acute care or PCU, ACLS/BLS certifications, and telemetry experience; Epic charting familiarity preferred. Travel assignment runs through early January 2027 with a 36-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in acute care or PCU setting.
• Experience with cardiac telemetry and managing cardiac/vasoactive drips.

Responsibilities

• Manage adult and geriatric patients with cardiac and complex conditions in a fast-paced PCU/stepdown unit.
• Titrate and monitor cardiac and vasoactive drips with telemetry technology.
• Provide emergency procedures and telemetry support as needed.
