Job summary

Sanford is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for travel staffing at Sanford Med Ctr Fargo in Fargo, ND. The RN will provide individualized care across the full nursing process, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and coordinating care. A BSN is preferred, with current RN licensure and required certifications, supporting care across all care phases.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice occurs.
• Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, including education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
