Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. seeks a traveling RN for a post-acute care case management role in California. The nurse will work 8-hour day shifts (Sunday through Thursday) for 40 hours weekly and chart with Cerner EMR.

Required are an active CA RN license, BLS (AHA), and at least 2 years of RN experience, plus a copy of the driver's license and two professional references with dates and eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license (Standard or Compact) required.
• BLS certification (AHA) required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience required.
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration.
• Two professional references with dates and eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Post-acute care setting within a case management unit.
• Uses Cerner EMR for charting.
• 8-hour day shifts, Sunday through Thursday.
• 40 hours per week.
• Coordinate utilization review and case management in a post-acute care environment.
• Facility may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment.
• Candidates must not have been directly employed by any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility within the past year.
