Qualifications

• Active RN license GA or Compact is required.
• Current certifications: BLS and PALS.
• Minimum of 2 years pediatric nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Pediatric Medical/Surgical unit in a hospital setting.
• Float required to CACU, TSU, AFLAC, and CIRU specialty units.
• Float required between two main campuses.
• 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week.
• Every other weekend (EOW) required.
• RN to patient ratio of 4-5:1.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Provide medical/surgical nursing care across multiple pediatric specialty units.
• Required to work one holiday rotation based on facility need.
• Flu vaccination required with no exceptions or declinations accepted.
• Nicotine-free facility with required drug screening.
