Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an RN - Pre-Op professional for a long-term contract in Georgia. The ideal candidate has 18 months of RN experience and EPIC EMR proficiency, and will join an outpatient surgery center team.

Role features an AM shift (7:00 AM to 4:30 PM), 40 hours per week, with on-call responsibilities and a requirement to live more than 50 miles from the facility. Prior CVOR experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active GA or Compact RN license required.
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
• CVOR RNs must have 18 months CVOR experience in last 3 years with endovascular and cardiac/vascular exposure.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient Surgery Center setting.
• AM shift 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; 40 hours weekly; 5x8s.
• 30-minute meal break included.
• On-call responsibilities required.
• Must reside >50 miles from facility; local candidates not considered.
• Former employees must be separated for at least 1 year (18 months for same facility).
• RTO requests limited to specified holidays and days.

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• CVOR RNs must have 18 months minimum full-time CVOR experience within similar acuity setting in the last 3 years, with strong endovascular and cardiac/vascular procedural experience

Responsibilities

• Outpatient Surgery Center setting
• AM shift schedule, 5x8s totaling 40 hours per week, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 30-minute meal break included
• On-call responsibilities required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not considered
• Former employees of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests not falling on or near a holiday are limited to a maximum of 5 days
• RTO requests falling on or near a holiday are limited to a maximum of 3 days
• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract
