Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a Travel RN for the PCU - Progressive Care Unit in Saint Louis, Missouri. This 13-week assignment starts 10/12/2026 with a 36-hour work week, 12-hour nights, and travel employment status.

As a Stepdown RN, you will monitor telemetry, administer cardiac meds, and collaborate with the care team to provide safe, patient-centered care to patients transitioning from ICU.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
• Current RN license in MO and compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry data, vital signs, and respond to abnormalities.
• Administer prescribed cardiac medications and treatments.
• Assist with cardiac-related procedures and examinations.
• Educate patients on cardiac health, risks, and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe patient care.
