MedPro Healthcare Staffing in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking a travel RN for the PCU - Progressive Care Unit on a 13-week assignment starting 10/12/2026. Schedule is nights, 12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS certification, and at least 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience. Travel benefits include weekly pay, housing options, credentialing fees covered, and comprehensive insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and signs/symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes; use the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collect, analyze and document data and nursing diagnoses.
• Document the plan of care with diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions.
• Initiate and evaluate patient and/or family education.
• Revise and document the plan of care based on evaluation and changes in condition.
