Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 13-week assignment in Decatur, GA. Start date is 10/19/2026 with 36 hours per week across 12-hour day shifts. This role requires a current RN license in Georgia, BLS and ACLS, and at least one year of stepdown ICU experience.

Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
- Current RN license in GA and compliance with state regulations
- BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
Responsibilities
- Monitors and interprets telemetry data and vital signs to detect abnormalities
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments focusing on cardiac care
- Aids physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations
- Maintains patient comfort and safety for telemetry patients
- Documents patient history and responses to interventions for telemetry patients
- Initiates patient education on cardiac health and lifestyle changes
- Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive telemetry care
- Adheres to safety protocols and infection control guidelines
