Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and changes using nursing process.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
• Document care plans with expected outcomes and interventions.
• Initiate and evaluate patient/family education.
• Revise care plans based on evaluation and changes in medical plan of care
