Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a 12-week assignment in Augusta, GA. This role offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts, focusing on progressive care unit patient monitoring and care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN required.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• ACLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Administer medications and treatments per nursing plans.
• Assist physician during cardiac-related procedures and examinations.
• Document nursing history and patient responses to interventions.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle changes.
