TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Commerce Township, Michigan. This 13-week travel assignment requires 36 hours per week, nights, on-site in MI. The PCU RN will monitor cardiac patients, titrate meds, and respond to changes, with duties ranging from IV starts to dressing changes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS required; NIH and CPI may be required before assignment.
• Travel RN assignment in Commerce Township, MI for 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care; stabilize critical cardiac patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Prepare, administer and record prescribed medication.
• Monitor equipment and interpret electronic displays.
• Initiate corrective action based on monitoring data.
