Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year current acute care PCU experience.
• BLS, ACLS & NIH certifications required.
• Chemo Certification is a nice-to-have and may be scheduled on Oncology unit.

Responsibilities

• Night shift RN PCU responsibilities on a 12-hour schedule.
• Float to inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units as needed.
• Maintain patient safety and optimal nurse-patient ratios across units.

Number of Beds – 345 – 3-time Magnet Designation

Number of Staff – float pool is about 80

Type of staff:

Day Shift – RN and CNAs on most units

Night Shift – RNs and CNAs on most units

Patient Ratios – 1:5 days and nights varies between units

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Minimum 1-year current acute care PCU experience
