Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Travel RN for the PCU in Englewood, CO. 13-week onsite contract starting 11/16/2026, 3 days/week, day shift, 12 hours per day. The unit operates with a 1:4 patient ratio and uses Meditech EMR.

Candidates must have at least 1 year PCU experience with BLS, ACLS and NIH. Neuro or cardiac experience is a plus. Weekly pay includes stipends and base pay in a travel RN role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year current PCU experience.
• BLS, ACLS & NIH certifications required.
• Preferred: extensive neuro, PCU and cardiac experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for PCU patients in a fast paced unit.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort while monitoring vitals.
• Collaborate with RNs and PCTs to ensure optimal patient care.

Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 5 nurses, 3PCTs
Night Shift - 1 Charge RN, 5 nurses, 2 PCTs
Patient Ratios – 1:4
Type of equipment - Tele, Transport monitors, suction, feeding pumps, trachs, bipap, cpap, heated high flow, chest tubes, foleys, pacer wires/pacers, iv pumps, scd pumps
EMR - meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
