Job summary

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Pediatric OR RN with 5+ years of pediatric surgical nursing and WA state or compact RN licensure. The role requires circulating pediatric cases in a high-volume operating room.

Shifts are 12-hour days from 0645–1915 with options for 12-hour nights or 8-hour nights. No floating or weekend work required; on-call is optional, scrubs provided, and travel-ready benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Active WA state or compact RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience required.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to circulate multiple pediatric surgical case types.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room unit within an 8-OR pediatric surgical suite.
• Circulate numerous pediatric cases including ENT, general, ortho, and urology procedures.
• Care for pediatric patients with congenital conditions, medical conditions, and injuries.
• 12-hour day shift schedule from 0645-1915.
• Additional shift options available including 12H Nights and 8H Nights.
• No floating required.
• No weekend rotation required.
• On-call is optional.
• Scrubs are provided.
• Holiday coverage is optional.
• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position.
