Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Pediatric OR RN with active MA RN license and at least 2 years of OR experience, including orthopedic scrubbing skills, for travel assignments in Massachusetts.

The role includes a day/evening shift with occasional short call, no weekend work, and travel-related housing/licensure reimbursements. BLS and PALS certifications are mandatory, and orthopedic/sports medicine experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pediatric OR unit caring for patients ranging from 6 months to adulthood
• Day shift schedule of 5x8 hours with rotation to 4x10 hours, rotating start times between 0700-0900
• Short call required, with 2-hour evening call windows
• No weekend requirements at this time
• Provide perioperative nursing care in a pediatric orthopedic surgical setting
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius of the facility at a lower rate differential
