American Traveler is seeking an experienced CVOR RN for a 13-week day shift assignment in California. Requires CA RN licensure and prior travel experience.

The role is in the CVOR unit, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday with no weekends. Applicants must meet travel experience criteria and provide supervisory references; interview availability is required.

Formación

• Active CA RN license in hand (Temp or Perm, no EMSA).
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Minimum 2 years of concurrent CVOR experience.
• 1.5 years continuous CVOR experience with no breaks unless floating.
• EPIC or EPIC/Cerner experience in last 6 months.
• Minimum 1 year total travel experience, 6+ months continuous travel prior to consideration.
• 1 supervisory level professional reference.

Responsabilidades

• Works in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) unit of a hospital.
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Monday–Friday, no weekends.
• 13-week assignment length.
• Interview availability required (days, times, time zone).
• Reside outside 100-mile radius of facility to be eligible (LVNs/MAs exceptions).
• Travelers on assignment in San Diego for 9+ months or longer are considered local.

Requirements

• Active CA RN license in hand at time of consideration (Temp or Perm, no EMSA)
• Current BLS certification required (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of concurrent experience in CVOR specialty required
• 1.5 years of continuous experience in specialty with no breaks required, unless floating or meeting equivalent ratio experience
• EPIC or combined EPIC/Cerner experience required within the last 6 months
• Minimum 1 year total travel experience required, with 6+ months of continuous travel experience leading up to consideration
• 1 supervisory level professional reference required
• Valid copies of all required certifications must be submitted, no pending certifications accepted

Responsibilities

• Works in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) unit of a hospital
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends required
• 13-week assignment length
• Interview availability required, including specific days, times, and time zone
• Candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius of the facility to be eligible, with exceptions only for LVNs/MAs
• Candidates on assignment in San Diego for 9+ months or longer are considered local and not eligible
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off (RTO), with no additional RTO requests accepted after consideration
• First-time travelers are not eligible for this position
• Returning permanent staff and travelers may be considered after a 1-year break
• Extension policy allows up to 1 year maximum on assignment, followed by a required 1-year break before returning
• International travelers must have at least 1 year of recent or current U.S. work experience
