Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular OR position requiring 3+ years of OR experience and current Cardiac OR experience with circulating and scrub duties.

The role involves working in the Cardiac Operating Room of a large hospital campus with two shift options, on-call duties, and orientation sessions. Local candidates are welcome at the same pay rate.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (MD or Compact)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years OR experience
• Current Cardiac OR experience
• Epic EMR experience
• 500+ bed facility experience

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiac OR on a large hospital campus
• Perform circulator and scrub roles using Epic
• Choose between (4) 10-hour shifts or (3) rotating 12-hour shifts
• Rotational days off Monday through Friday with no fixed schedule
• On-call coverage approx 6 calls per 6 weeks
• Circulate and scrub cardiac surgical cases
• Orientation on 2nd and 4th Monday of each month
• Compliance clearance due by Thursday before start
• Local candidates paid at same rate

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular OR/CVOR position requiring 3+ years of OR experience and current Cardiac OR experience with both circulating and scrub duties.

Requirements

• Active RN license (MD or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of OR experience required
• Current Cardiac OR experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Comparable facility size experience required (500+ bed facility experience for this assignment)

Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiac Operating Room of a large hospital's main campus
• Performs both circulator and scrub roles using Epic
• Two shift options available: (4) 10-hour shifts weekly (11a-9:30p) or (3) rotating 12-hour shifts (starting 6:30a, 7:30a, 8:00a, or 9:00am)
• Rotational day off, Monday through Friday, with no set or block scheduling
• On-call required per unit rotation, approximately 6 calls per 6-week schedule including weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage
• Responsible for circulating and scrubbing in cardiac surgical cases
• Orientation held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month
• Candidates must clear compliance by end of business the Thursday prior to start
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
