Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with strong neuro, ortho, transplant, trauma, and vascular experience for a weekend-focused day/evening contract position in Wisconsin.

This role requires a Wisconsin RN license (or compact) and BLS from AHA, with 12-hour day/evening shifts (0700–1900) Friday through Sunday, no on-call. Travel and housing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required — American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Strong OR experience required across neuro, orthopedic, transplant (kidney/liver), trauma, and vascular specialties

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room (OR) of an acute care hospital setting
• Surgical cases include neuro, orthopedic, kidney/liver transplant, trauma, and vascular procedures
• Schedule is 12-hour day/evening shifts (0700–1900), working every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• No on‑call requirements
• This is a weekend‑only position with a consistent Friday through Sunday schedule
