American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an experienced OR RN for spine and vascular cases with Epic EMR proficiency. This role requires KY (or compact) licensure, BLS/ACLS, and at least 2 years of operating room experience.

The position offers a day schedule with 12-hour shifts, on-call responsibilities, and opportunities to contribute to patient education, team mentoring, and process improvements in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Spine and vascular surgery experience

Responsibilities

• Surgical Services department in an acute care hospital setting
• Day shift schedule 8:30a-9p, three days per week at 12 hours per day
• On-call responsibility 11p-7a once per week
• Epic EMR used for documentation
• Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate outcomes
• Provide patient and family education throughout treatment and at discharge
• Supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff members
• Participate in teamwork, process improvement, and practice governance initiatives
