Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room role requiring Level 1 trauma and Epic experience, with at least 5 years in a large hospital setting.

The position features 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM), approximately 3x monthly call, and case experience spanning transplant, cardiac, and vascular procedures. Must have active MA RN license and Epic EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license in hand.
• Minimum of 5+ years of Operating Room nursing experience in a large hospital.
• Level 1 trauma center experience required.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Flu vaccination documentation required during flu season.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a large hospital OR with Level 1 trauma designation.
• 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 36 hours per week.
• Call approximately 3x per month, including overnight and weekend shifts.
• Case experience across transplant, cardiac, and vascular procedures.
• Uses Epic EMR system.
• Provide perioperative nursing care across a broad range of surgical services including transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases.
• Required vaccinations include COVID (with booster) and Flu.
• Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted for this position.
• Previous BILH employees must have a 6-month break before returning to any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility.
