Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel RN to join the Stepdown unit in Council Bluffs, IA. You will work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, in a fast-paced hospital setting requiring telemetry interpretation and drip titration.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care with critical cardiac and stroke care experience. You may float to ICU if required, adhering to policies and guidelines for travel assignments.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license and BLS/ACLS/NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Step-Down/Cardiac unit experience.
• Ability to interpret telemetry and titrate drips.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care on a Step-Down unit, primarily night shifts.
• Monitor patient telemetry and respond to changes promptly.
• Float to ICU if needed and assist in fast-paced environment.
