Job summary

Cross Country Nurses in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a travel RN for a Step Down Unit night shift. The assignment runs 12-hour nights with a minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 10/26/2026 and ending 01/18/2027, in an acute care facility.

You will provide care for adult and geriatric patients, monitor cardiac telemetry, manage dysrhythmias, and oversee cardiac drips, with float within the unit as needed; housing and travel benefits apply.

Qualifications

• RN license in state and 2 years of nursing experience.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required.
• Experience with cardiac telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias.
• Experience with cardiac drips (no titration) and chest tubes.
• Understanding of telemetry monitoring in a step-down/unit environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adult and geriatric patients in a step-down unit.
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and manage dysrhythmias.
• Oversee administration of cardiac drips and related devices.
• Float within service line as needed.
