American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a night shift in Bentonville, AR. The role requires Level II/III NICU experience, NRP, and an active AR or compact RN license.

The assignment runs for 13 weeks with per diem, housing assistance, travel reimbursements, and first-day medical benefits. Candidates must have no major gaps in the last year and certification validity through start date.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (AR or compact) in hand.
• Current BLS, ACLS and NRP certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of Level II/Level III NICU experience.
• No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months.
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment start.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Neonatal ICU (NICU) department of a hospital setting.
• Level II/Level III NICU patient population.
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
• 13-week assignment length.
• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level II/III NICU.
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for the travel position.
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration.
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered.
