Job summary

Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel RN for MS/Tele float pool in Massachusetts. This 13-week assignment features night shifts, 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend.

The position requires MA license, acute care and travel experience, telemetry monitoring, TR Band, cardiac drips and tele strip readings, plus BLS and ACLS. Float to multiple Med/Surg Tele units using Epic EMR; locals encouraged.

Qualifications

• MA License requirement.
• 2 years acute care hospital experience in one location.
• 2 years travel experience.
• Telemetry monitoring including measuring and interpreting intervals every 4 hours.
• TR Band experience.
• Must be able to perform Cardiac Drips and Reading Tele Strips.
• AHA BLS.
• ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Float to eight Med/Surg Tele units within the hospital.
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios: days/evenings up to 5:1, nights up to 6:1.
• Rotate days/evenings with 1–3 night rotations per contract.
• Document care in Epic EMR.
