Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Irving, TX. The RN will cover Postpartum as part of the Mom Baby unit on a night shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Assignment length is 13 weeks with guaranteed 36 hours per week and two openings.

The role requires 2+ years hospital experience, active TX RN license, NRP and BLS, and experience with high-risk antepartum and newborn nursery care. Meditech experience is preferred.

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set:

Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)

• NRP
• BLS
• Ability to care for high risk Antepartum patients as well as Postpartum recoveries
• Newborn Nursery experience
• 2+ Years of Hospital Experience

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following:

• Advanced FM is a plus. RNC-OB is a plus. Neither are required
• Meditech experience

Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN)

• ACTIVE TX RN LICENSE - Temp license will NOT be accepted

Procedures performed on unit:

• IV placement

Patient Experience Required:

• Antepartum Care
• Newborn Nursery Care

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

• Scrub Color

• RN: ROYAL BLUE

• Nail Policy - Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.
• Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab.
• Tattoos - Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
• Piercings - Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc.
