Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an experienced Travel RN - Postpartum to join a 32-bed unit in Arlington, TX. You will work night shifts with a 1:3 couplet patient ratio, collaborating with OB, pediatrics, and lactation teams to ensure safe newborn care.

The ideal candidate has couplet care competencies, breastfeeding support, and prior mother-baby charge experience. We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits with flexibility in scheduling.

• Number of Staff – 59 total (FT/PT/PRN)

  • Day Shift – Charge, RN, PCT, HUC
  • Night Shift - Charge, RN, PCT, HUC
• Patient Ratios – 1:3 couplets (varies on mix)
• Type of equipment -
• EMR – Meditech & CPN
• On Call Requirement – None
• Floating Requirement – Ante for PP overflow, L&D recoveries,

Our unit is easy to settle into with the scheduling is flexible, the ratios are generally steady and pick up extra shifts are often available. The team has a mix of experience, with a lot of newer nurses but we are genuinely welcoming. Our unit has great exposure to postpartum and newborn skills, work closely with OB, pediatricians, and lactation, and be part of a unit that maintains, and keeps the vibe positive and respectful. It's a solid, environment where people enjoy coming to work.
