Job summary

MC Alliance is seeking an RN for Labor and Delivery in Fort Worth, TX. Night shifts are 12 hours, 3 days per week, with 6:45 PM–7:15 AM start times. The role includes on-site assignments and a 13-week contract starting 9/21/2026, with a weekly stipend plus base pay.

Must have RN qualifications and be bilingual; C-EFM is preferred but not required. Will work in a fast-paced unit with cesarean experience and postpartum care as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Bilingual (preferred) for patient communication.
• Night shift experience in labor and delivery is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery.
• Assist cesarean sections and obstetric procedures as needed.
• Monitor fetal status and respond to changes in patient conditions.
