Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AH-approved vendor.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required.
• BSN preferred.
• Acute care facility experience preferred.
• Minimum three years ICU experience required.
• EPIC experience noted in employment history.

Responsibilities

• Medical ICU unit setting.
• Night shift 7:00 PM–7:30 AM with 36s or 48s options.
• EPIC experience required.
• Deliver coordinated nursing care per established standards and nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff across disciplines.
• Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care needs.
• Develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and evaluate outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families and healthcare team to provide a safe, healing environment.
• Provide health education to patients, families and treatment team members.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Vaccinations required as a condition of employment, with exemptions available.
• Local candidates accepted; local rates match travel rates.
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will be declined.
• Candidates with prior license action will not be considered.

• Develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and evaluate patient outcomes

• Required vaccinations as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions available
