American Traveler is seeking an ICU RN for a hospital setting in California. Active CA RN license and recent critical care experience are required.

The role involves a 13-week assignment, night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and a 36-hour work week with Epic EMR in use. Local candidates are welcome at the same travel pay rates as travelers.

Qualifications

• Active CA RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 1 year of recent full-time ICU experience within last 3 years.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN or related degree preferred.
• 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• ICU setting in a hospital environment.
• 13-week assignment.
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (12-hour shifts).
• 36 hours per week.
• Epic EMR used for charting.
• Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients.
• Local candidates accepted at travel pay rates.
