Healthforce is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Med Surg Tele assignment in Franklin, NH. You will provide direct patient care for telemetry patients, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team in a hospital setting.

The role requires active NH or compact state RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS, and at least 2 years of acute care experience. Travel experience and the ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NH or a compact state.
• BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in Med Surg Tele/related setting; travel experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care for adult med-surg telemetry patients.
• Monitor vitals and telemetry; update care plans as needed.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per orders; manage telemetry therapies.
