HealthForce Healthcare in Franklin, NH is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med Surg Tele on a 13-week travel assignment. Start date is 10/05/2026 with 36 guaranteed hours weekly and 12-hour night shifts (12x3).

The role includes direct patient care, telemetry monitoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting. Requirements include NH or compact-state RN license, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS, 2+ years acute care, Dysrhythmia exam, and CM/PI credential checks.

Qualifications

Active registered nurse license in New Hampshire or a compact state at time of submission.
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in a Med Surg Tele or related setting; travel experience preferred.
Must pass a Dysrhythmia exam with 80% on onboarding; Nursys license verification required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients with telemetry monitoring.
Monitor vitals, telemetry data, and patient status; update care plans.
Administer medications and IV therapies per orders, including Cardizem and insulin drips; manage telemetry therapies as ordered.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, participate in rounds, and communicate changes to physicians and families.
Document accurately in the EMR; ensure safety, infection control, and quality standards.
