Job summary

Healthforce is seeking a Registered Nurse for a high-acuity Med Surg/Respiratory Care Unit in Concord, NH. This travel assignment runs 13 weeks starting 08/10/2026 with a 2x3 night schedule and 36 guaranteed hours per week in a hospital setting.

The role requires active NH licensure (or Compact), BLS/ACLS, and MS/tele experience. Cerner EMR experience is preferred; on onboarding, NHIS S verification is required and you may float as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NH or a Compact state with NH requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical and telemetry experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; NHISS validation before start.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, patient-centered nursing care for adult med-surg patients with high-acuity needs.
• Monitor patient status, perform assessments, administer meds, manage IV therapy and respond to changes.
• Collaborate with the team and participate in discharge planning and family education.
• Document care in the electronic medical record (Cerner preferred) and follow unit protocols.
• Support patient safety and infection prevention; may float to related Concord units as needed.
