Healthforce is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Med Surg Tele assignment in Franklin, NH. You will provide direct patient care for telemetry patients, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team in a hospital setting.

The role requires active NH or compact state RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/NIHSS, and at least 2 years of acute care experience. Travel experience and the ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam are preferred.

Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele in Franklin, New Hampshire, United States. Start date: 10/05/2026. Assignment length: 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,172–$2,260 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights, 12x3 schedule. Travel nursing assignment in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients with telemetry monitoring.
• Monitor vitals, telemetry data, and patient status; perform ongoing assessments and update care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per orders, including Cardizem and insulin drips for appropriate conditions; manage telemetry-specific therapies as ordered.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, participate in rounds, and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record; ensure safety, infection control, and quality standards are met.
• Prepare patients for discharge, including patient and family education and coordination with case management as needed.

Requirements

• Active registered nurse license in New Hampshire or a compact state at time of submission.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in a Med Surg Tele or related setting; travel experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a Dysrhythmia exam with 80% on onboarding; Nursys license verification required for active licenses.
• RTO (special leave) must be requested and included at submission.
• EMR experience; Cerner preferred but not required; comfortable with Cardizem and insulin drips; may work with Phenobarbital on Telemetry.
• Willingness to float to related units within the system as needed.
