American Traveler, LLC. seeks an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a hospital float pool in Massachusetts. Must hold an active MA RN license and have strong telemetry experience; EPIC EMR exposure is required.

Expect 12-hour shifts (days/nights), a 48-hour work week, and weekly orientations. Travel-friendly role with a 50-mile radius rule and no routine time off approved during the assignment.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required in hand.
• 2+ years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience required.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
• COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed).

Responsibilities

• Float pool position within the Nursing Float Pool at a hospital setting.
• Medical-Surgical Telemetry patient population, utilized across multiple units.
• 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, 48 hours per week.
• Weekly orientations provided for float pool staff.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
• Float across multiple units as needed based on facility demand.
• Radius rule of 50 miles applies; local candidates not accepted.
• Returning employees or travelers must complete a 6-month break between any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility assignments.
• No RTO will be approved during this assignment.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
