Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an RN for an LTAC Oncology unit in Massachusetts. The role requires an active MA RN license and BLS, with primary source verification within 30 days of start and on renewal. You will provide patient care on a 13-week night shift, 19:00–07:30, with every-other weekend and holiday coverage.

Local candidates within 60 miles are considered at a reduced rate. Employment offers housing allowance, travel and licensure reimbursements, and non-taxed per diem.

Qualifications

• Primary source verification of license required within 30 days of start and upon renewal.

Responsibilities

• LTAC Oncology unit caring for patients undergoing chemotherapy and diagnosis management.
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• Uses Epic for charting
• Administer medications, monitor patient reactions, and record vital signs and clinical changes
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Modify treatment plans based on patient response and condition
• Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
• Local candidates accepted if residing within 60 miles of the facility, at a reduced rate
