Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in Nebraska. Licensure must be NE or Compact, with BLS and LTC/SNF experience. A driver's license is required for consideration and open to local and traveler candidates.

The role features 12-hour night shifts, weekend and holiday coverage on a rotating schedule, PCC EMR use, and no on-call duties. Travel reimbursements and housing support are included, making this a strong option for

Responsibilities

• Long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting with a 58-bed unit
• Geriatric patient population typical of LTC settings
• Patient ratio of approximately 1:15
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR
• 12-hour night shifts, with variable 8s or 12s possible
• Required to work every other or every third weekend
• Holiday coverage as needed
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Provide nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care setting
• Arrive one hour prior to first shift for building orientation and shadow opportunity when available
• Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
• Candidates residing within 80 miles are considered local for pay purposes
• First-time travelers may be considered
