American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility with a 2-year experience requirement and a Day/Evening schedule with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a long-term care / SNF setting.
• Staffing: 2 nurses in day/evening, 1 nurse overnight.
• Care for LTC, memory care, dementia, and ortho patients with no behavioral risks.
• Utilize PCC EMR for charting and documentation.
• Shift options: 6a-2p, 6a-6p, or 2p-10p with day/evening rotations.
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation.
• Overtime opportunities available.
• On-site location-specific orientation (~2-4 hours).
• Local candidates within 80-mile radius may be offered reduced rates.
• Travel rates apply for candidates outside the 80-mile radius.
• First-time travelers may be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Post-acute LTC/SNF setting with 42 beds
• Patient population includes LTC, memory care, dementia, and ortho diagnoses with no current behavioral risks
• Staffing ratio of 2 nurses during day/evening shifts and 1 nurse overnight
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR
• Schedule includes Day and Evening shifts, combination of 8s and 12s (6a-2p, 6a-6p, or 2p-10p)
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities
• Overtime available
• Provide nursing care within a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
• Location-specific orientation covers building orientation and lift equipment, approximately 2-4 hours
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate within an 80-mile radius
• Candidates residing outside the 80-mile radius are eligible for standard travel rates
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
