Job summary

AdventHealth Ocala seeks experienced RN staff for prn night shifts in an acute hospital setting. The position offers 36 hours per week at an hourly rate of $59, with opportunities to work across multiple units within AdventHealth facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required; bachelor's is preferred.
• Active RN license and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of acute hospital nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care and administer medications.
• Assess patients, document health data, and implement plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe patient handoffs.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure patient safety.
