Job summary

Qualifications
- Demonstrates high-level abstract reasoning to assess patient and revise care plans.
- Basic computer skills to navigate Windows-based programs.
- Fluency in English (read, write, speak) required.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates critical thinking appropriate to patient care levels.
- Collects and documents patient health data systematically.
- Conducts ongoing assessments and develops evidence-based care plans.
- Implements interventions safely and documents actions.
- Collaborates on patient placement and transfers.
- Administers medications per protocols and maintains safety.
