American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Med/Surg RN for night shift in Arizona. Active AZ or compact RN license is required, with at least 2 years of Med-Surg and Telemetry experience. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory. Flu vaccination is required for all staff.

The position involves Med-Surg/OBS and Telemetry units on a night schedule (7p-7am) with set shifts and patient ratios. EMR via Meditech, along with Alaris pumps and Omnicell, are used daily.

Qualifications

• Active AZ or compact RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg and Telemetry experience.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Med-Surg/Telemetry experience is required; Step Down experience preferred but not required.
• Flu vaccine required with no exceptions.

Responsabilités

• Care for Med-Surg Adult, Observation, and Telemetry patients.
• Night shift 7p–7a with set schedules.
• Maintain patient ratios: Med-Surg/OBS 1:6; Step Down 1:4 when applicable.
• Utilize Meditech EMR, Alaris pumps, and Omnicell system.
• Option to take call during low census with full-time staff.
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week assignment.
• Provide nursing care to adult Med-Surg, Observation, and Telemetry patients.

Responsibilities

• Med-Surg Adult, Observation, and Telemetry Med/Surg unit
• Night shift schedule (7p-7am) with set schedules
• Med-Surg/OBS patient ratio of 1:6
• Step Down patient ratio of 1:4 when applicable
• Uses Meditech EMR, Alaris pumps, and Omnicell medication system
• Option to take call during low census periods alongside full-time staff
• Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week assignment
• Provide nursing care to adult Med-Surg, Observation, and Telemetry patients
• Candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius of the facility
• No more than 3 days of RTO may be requested per 13-week contract
